So, I need to resolve this and i REALLY do not want to complete the complaint that I started completing with the Federal Trade Commission, so I called customer service again. Mark suggested I respond once more to this specific email thread, which I am doing.
You know, I did try to just drop it. Walk away from this stupid, and I tried to just email the money out of my google wallet and so i didn't have to do anything else, But, that wasn't an option either. So, now, we need to really resolve this between ourselves or I will need to get the Federal Trade Commission involved for a $3.00 charge.
(2) We need to reestablish trust in our relationship and your services as a manager of money. We will work on number 1 first and see if this is even a possibility.
I would like to KNOW that Google Wallet actually cares for my security and the security of the planet in general and will not waste the resources unnecessarily to fix their mistake when some simple strokes of a keyboard will rectify a simple mistake carelessly made and reactivate the Wallet I still have. Yes, I do deeply attach my security to the use of our planet's resources wisely, and if Google is so flip about just one more piece of plastic, one more postage trip on a plane, truck and van used to transport it, the ink, the paper, all of it, Google Wallet better let me just email my money out of my wallet very simply and directly. We do not share the same values or sense of security and I really do not want to do business with a company like that. It is why i left the banks altogether.
