Preparing the Habeus Corpus

These are my thoughts this evening as I prepare to draft my habeus corpus. I do not know where this will be filed . . . Part of it will be filed with Clark County Nevada, and perhaps part of it will be filed in the United States District Court (under the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals) . . .

Because "I keep on wondering why. I just keep wondering why." Why is this happening? Common law is based on common courtesy. Common courtesy is the preface upon which all civilized men and women base their relationships. Innate in common courtesy is the assumption that the other person is equal to you. Equal in the amount of forgiveness, respect, intelligence, etc. Knowing that at our deepest intention is the protection and preservation of our freedoms, birthright, children and our community, I keep wondering why. To uphold the intention of our founding fathers, as they wrote the Constitution requires the individual to wear the coat of position outlined in our documents leading up to the final and operating version of the Constitution. All laws must be taken in the context of the individual and the way they conduct their own personal matters and affairs. What IS their intent not what you FEAR is their intent or thought. The presumption of innocence is a high charge if this Union is going to be perfected.

If the intention to commit a "crime" does not exist, it must be dismissed.

My question is: "Will someone please show me the Court Rule that says I must have a driver's license or other form of picture I.D. to show the Court I am me?"

I am familiar with the basics of law. I know my way around a law library. I am familiar with the Clark County Law Library. There I inquired where to find the "Court Rules" for the court I visited. I checked all the rules, actually. At least everything I could think of to look-up that may contain a rule such as the one proposed by the Court. I'm a reasonable person of reasonable intelligence and I could not find a single reason why the court personnel had the right to NOT ADMIT me to appear before one of our generous public servants, especially one who is familiar with me, and can vouch for me. We cannot appear before our courts as person to person, since we are equal and we must allow the space for that kind of intimate, one-on-one dialog, face to face. That's what's biblical, that's what's right, that's what's democratic.

Criminalized America


and, perhaps
i'm very, very naive still, but when did all common sense leave our planet? or is it we have just replaced it with common corruption?

i'm 41 years old. i've lived my entire life here on planet earth in several different states of the united states. i'm reasonably intelligent, some would say brighter than average, i am a mom, a wife, really a rather ordinary person. if i am compelled, i will pull over on the side of the freeway to see if they need help; if i see someone struggling with something, i offer to help; if i see something not right, i try to change it; i turn things i find to the lost and found.

am i so strange? and, the thought i am pondering right now is, in doing these things i was taught as a child and practiced my entire life, do they now make me a criminal?

here in america, that question doesn't even matter anymore. because the truth is, everyone is a criminal. everyone is either really and truly criminal ... messrs. bush and cheney come to mind ... and everyone else is merely labeled as a "criminal" by those with the authority and desire to define, label and designate someone else as such. and, if you think there is no possible way that you could be defined as a "criminal," i would smile and say, but you already are.

much like the way we designate who is and isn't a 'terrorist' or a 'rebel' (remember, nelson mandela was just last month undesignated as a 'terrorist'); "criminal" is a label in our everyday life that label makers apply liberally ... as you can see from the volumes of statutes logged on the books. i would argue that merely by being a reader of this can make you a criminal because you do not necessarily buy-in to the label maker's point of view and that is enough. and, you will find, that those who do find themselves subjected to the system, reveal the truth of their 'criminal mind' as most criminals are very easily made to comply, once their freedoms are threatened or stripped from their lives. their guilt is for the crime only they know they commit: self-denial.

today, in "the movement" (if you can call it that), everyone plays the game of the label-makers ... protesters arranging their arrests because they know how they've been labeled and can arrange their life to accommodate the role and its requisite duties established by their life's chore. they are criminals (though not guilty of harm), as they play in the game the label-makers create and they choose to partake in the give-and-take. clearly, dr. king was a criminal and would be today, because he played in their game ... knowing he did so to become a label-maker himself and redraft the laws to reform the books on the shelf.

but was rosa parks a criminal?

rosa parks wasn't a criminal ... and she lacked the "criminal's mind." she was, however, an individual who committed the biggest, most offensive human crime imaginable: she stood (or rather sat) in her individuality. and that, my friends, remains the crime we are all potentially guilty of as we close out this picean age or, in the language i was first taught, during this time of armageddon. it is the only crime for which true innocence is the defense. AND, if you so choose to energize this potential, if you find yourself involved with the courts like ms. parks, your only real crime is the one of not being engaged in their game.

in this chaos the churning transformation creates, criminals will emerge. we see those who do so in the light of day without accountability (merely because the collective is so, well, let's face it, most people are 'marks'); and then there those who do so in the light of the local news or in the silence thereof. for criminals are:
those who consider themselves equal in their being to the person standing right there or to the so-called collective's voice amplified in the statutes that are written by the label-maker's hand.

those who do their lives according to their own inner guide, experience and wisdom ... not to hurt anyone else, but to merely be who they are in the conscience and conscious application of their life without fear or even awareness of any consequences of the game maintain by those who claim they are "greater than" you.
i suppose then, perhaps maybe i am a criminal, then. the grand jury is right, as they have the authority to so designate me as such without even seeing my face or knowing who i am. there is no 'innocent until proven guilty' and our system is ill. but so am i, as i have been told, for being me, as smart as i am and still not developing a "criminal's mind" in this day and time.

Sleepy people

We're so silly

We who think the system works

Bestowing faith in a bunch of jerks
Where do we think our money's going?
We just spend it without even knowing

Why are there starving people on this planet?
Isn't there food? Can't we demand it?

Questions from the Front

"Hey wanted to get your take on the bailout and any websites that are not mainstream."
... asked my brother

... my response absent the personal exchange of love and affection!

as for sources for information ...

if you haven't checked out some of the bulletins i've posted recently on MySpace, do that (only if you want to see some of the things i've seen recently ... outside of the yahoo! news headlines when i sign on ... i think I reposted a bulletin with a newsclip from an interview with ex-Mex President Fox from some years back ... if its not there let me know, i'll find it and repost it).

but, to be honest, you don't have to look at "alternative" web sources to see what's happening, traditional, mainstream sources like PBS, NPR and even to a much lesser degree, the other mainstream media contain all the information, you just have to see it. i think the big key is to listen to the news ... discern the difference between news and opinion (which is hard to do right now in our current information market). my personal favorite person in the news market is bill moyers, i try to catch his show on pbs at least once every couple of months to know i'm not insane and that there is hope here in america!

if you want to really know what is happening, less is more.

it is about increasing YOUR awareness ... which, i am sure you have learned, you cannot do if you are being fed other people's awareness (the whole "ask, seek & knock" rather than "sit and be told"). you know the trick, find and know your sources ... the one's that increase your awareness and encourage you to ask more questions rather than think they've answered them for you.

what is happening is all being done in "plain view" ... there's no real way to hide it, but they definitely do a good job using the information market to make it appear exactly how they want it to in order to achieve their goals ... emotional people don't make good decisions. people who are about making money (at least right now in this greed economy) feed off people making bad decisions ... and america is all about the emotions ... but i'm sure you don't want to get into an astrological discussion!

ah, but your question ... my take on the bailout ....

first, you can't just look at the bail out ... you have to see what the fed has been doing with the dollar over the past years (since the "outing" of the new world order agenda by GHWB). but in the past months, in particular, you can easily see a view of the larger picture. the influx of $s by the fed into the foreign banks in september was very interesting. also, look at all of the other "bailouts" already conducted and see who did it, e.g., was it the fed, the treasury, or FDIC? see what they got for their "investment" and who benefits vs. the current bailout. watch the banking consolidations too! you also have to pay attention to the controversy relating to the number of $s the fed is printing right now, coupled with the other controversy of the fed NOT disclosing to the global markets the actual number of dollars currently in and now being put into circulation.

in terms of america and the bailout, i think that www.wethepeoplefoundation.org, is really the only sane website looking at the bailout from a constitutional point of view.

the bailout is fundamentally anti-american, but we don't want to think about that because we have so much invested in this false america ... that is how so many other empires have fell before, this is nothing new. everyone else is yakking about it on a very superficial level ('omg, what about jobs?" ... as if this whole thing doesn't come down, you're not going to do what you need to survive ... and one really needs very little to survive!). i think those who were offering alternatives to the bailout scheme, were basically offering the same net effect of the bailout ... still they are only doing so because they do not want to detach from the illusion. i think that some of the alternatives that were offered were a more practical, easier pill to swallow, and definitely better for the every-day man, but, come on, if it was about america or the man in the street, we would have never elected GWB once, let alone twice ... and/or let him get away with all of the executive orders he put in place, AND we would have tried him for treason already!

then, you also have to watch the oils futures market and see how its dropping ... the oil market is based on the dollar (why? who the hell knows (actually, that's a very interesting thing, but a can of worms i'm not going into at 4 a.m.!), but it is, and they want to change that, and have wanted to change that for a long time!) bear (pun intended) in mind, russia is a huge player in this. china is the largest player, but they are pretty content to watch the game occur between those who are manipulating, posturing and, well, scrambling. china will play the game from a tactical point of view that is detached from the actual movement, capitalizing on the moves being made rather than being a major "player" in the movement. for me, that is true capitalism, and the way you have the most power and favorable outcome because you capitalize on every twist and turn of others who think they are controlling everything -- then you can create fortune on every movement.

the bailout is part of the process we are in: the collapsing of the dollar. it is a necessary step for the switch to the amero. the contracts and treaties are already in place for the amero, lou dobbs is about the only mainstream media person even trying to watch this transpire, and they have shut him down pretty consistently on this issue. i have heard more talk about it on the "infomercial" news stations recently, so they are really starting to focus on the shift.

so, the dollar is collapsing, no big deal, really, if you are smart about it. likely, they will first 'revalue' it, a popular way for those who are in the know to make some quick cash ... if you study recent currency collapses/revalue and/or conversions in europe (to the euro), and look to the mexican, central/south american markets or japan for currency revaluation, you can see how that game is played.

personally, i think the bailout may have saved the '08 election. i think that if the bailout did not go through congress, steps would have been take to institute the executive orders that have been put in place and the election would have been suspended for any number of reasons that could be used right now. the bailout was definitely a ploy to make sure that everyone is going down the same road together ... everyone involved in politics is committed to the 'corporate america', and further confirmation of the movement to the "one world order" (and i don't think that is a bad word or phrase, its just what is happening). that "order' can be created however those who are aware want to create it ... unfortunately, i think that right now, those who are aware and creating the structures right now for this new world order are not very community minded and could give less than a hoot about anyone but making money. but, i no longer have the feeling that the elections are not going to happen ... a strong feeling i've had for the past 9 months.

its fun watching the jockeying for position ... for instance, i love what the new president in france is doing right now outside of the G7 organization ... that's really intriguing. the asian markets dropping tonight, i haven't looked into that yet, but i suspect some of the asian nations will follow the europeans and have a similar pow-wow, the question is are they going to do it within their 'nwo' organization ... asiana (?? or something like that), or separately? ... and then there's africa ... what's happening there is so transparent!

17 March 2007 • Peace Is Free

yep ... i know. america is gone. the coffin has been lowered and the bull dozers are on their way to return mother earth's soil to bury that which we killed or let die.

they don't use shovels anymore to put the dirt back, they use bull dozers. its much faster that way. so ... you want to really create america the way it was supposed to be made?

non-violently?

equally?

honorably?

you see ... because even while the principle was "all men had the right to life", our founding fathers and the founders of america didn't really believe that. those men that king george and england paid/enslaved to come to america to fight to "preserve the kingdom" did not deserve to die. our nation was built on a truth that they did not believe was true. and they used violence and killing to build something that is supposed to believe that "all men have the right to life."

ghandi freed his nation without war. without violence ... he liberated and freed india from the same kingdom who colonized america. america used violence and the death of many men to achieve the same end.

he did not have a document that said "all men have the right to life" ... he just honored that principle and fought for and won his nation's freedom and liberty through the honoring of that principle.

tomorrow, 17 march 2007, is my mom's birthday, and while she claims she "doesn't understand me", i know she lies.

The final grievance ...

well, its done ... mr. bush has now enacted every cause listed in our declaration of independence.

My first entry on this blog, I wrote my own Declaration of Independence based on the original one signed by the founders of the "united states of america" ... at that time there was only ONE of the grievances the founders listed against King George of England why they decided to they had no choice but to declare their sovereignty and independence from King George and England, that was not a grievance that could be made by the people against the executive branch of the United States of America its "President" George (Bush) ...

"He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers.

He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.

He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance."

SOUND FAMILIAR!???!?!?!?

Did you read the headlines today? ... CLICK HERE ... That is one version of the story found on Yahoo! News. For those of you who were not paying attention in class during Civics or Government, Mr. Bush and his administration just fired 8 United States Attorneys ... those are the attorneys that are supposed to represent the people of the United States of America ... those were our attorneys he just fired for his own reasons and agenda.

Ok, so "president" Bush's tactic is a bit different than that of King George, because as I pointed out before, that perhaps the ONLY reason why he had not made "Judges dependent on his will alone" ... was that he COULD NOT ... no matter how much he didn't like Justice Stephen Reinhardt or the other members of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, Mr. Bush would have to kill them to remove them from office if they did not voluntarily resign from or die on the bench.

So, the next best thing ... how else to get a justice system to work for you if you cannot completely rig the bench ... rig the prosecution, of course. What cases will be brought up for the people of the United States will be completely determined by the Executive Branch of the Federal Government. Does anyone else see this how I see it? Are any of the other "people" of the united states of america paying attention to what has happened this week?

This week, Mr. Bush has finally and completely through executive order and executive order and executive order put in place every single grievance that was the reason for the formation of this nation by our founders, in the form of the executive branch of the federal government.

That's not enough for you to at least pick up a sign and stand up for your rights? for your nation? for the independence of america once again. our founders had to pick up guns to fight for this, we merely have to pick up protest signs, inform one another and get in the street. Our Congress can get rid of Mr. Bush through impeachment ... if they have the motivation to do so. The people must be the motivation ... they will NOT do it, if we do not motivate the change.

We can do this without violence where our founders could not ... but we must do it. YOU must be a part of it, YOU must fight for your country.

March 17, 2007 ... there are "protests" throughout the world ... THINK OF ME AS PAUL REVERE ... the "Bushies" are coming, the "Bushies" are coming ... they do not have a nation, they do not honor america, they act and impose the things this nation was founded to stand against. ... CLICK HERE ... TO READ the DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE ... REMIND yourself why you were born here, why you immigrated here, why you are alive today.

... because its time. Do not go to "protest" what is happening. Go to stand in energy of the Declaration of Independence on which you claim to be an american.

WHETHER YOU LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES OR NOT ... be an american ... CLAIM YOUR INDEPENDENCE TODAY. An "american" is not a citizen of a particular nation-state, it is state of being.

or don't, that's your choice. me, i'm an american and i don't need any more to prove to me that this administration needs to be removed immediately due to its detrimental impact to this human being and her future.

the beginning of WW III

i've been discussing that the beginning of world war 3 began when george bush i invaded iraq in the early 1990s ... well, that perhaps is wrong. because as the more i learned and the more i studied, i realized that all of our military actions prior to then were somehow all related to the rise of power of the united states ... and perhaps not the "united states of america" as originally created under our declaration and the original constitution ... but the 'united states' as it has become since the civil war.

i recently received a link to this presidential address by president eisenhower ... this is the beginning of world war 3 ... it is the world war of consciousness ... who controls the power ... this is our present war, and we are 46 years into the war ... whose ready to see the real war and stop it?



while i will be searching for a link to the entire speech, and well, the effects were a bit dramatic ... listen to the president's words carefully ... world war 3 is a global battle for peace ... those who would use violence and our resources and human spirit to bring violence on another person ... versus those who of us who would not. the innocent people involved in the actual battle ... whether economically or in the theater of war, are just that, the innocent victims.

question one: who are your innocent victims? do you support the structure that can perpetrate violence? those are your innocent victims.

question two: do you support the structure that refuses to perpetrate violence? your innocent victims are those who support the structures of question number one.

free will and choice ... "all men have the right to LIFE", do you have the choice to take that right away from someone else? if so, and the golden rule is true, so too does someone else have the right to make that choice for YOUR life.
