Preparing the Habeus Corpus

These are my thoughts this evening as I prepare to draft my habeus corpus. I do not know where this will be filed . . . Part of it will be filed with Clark County Nevada, and perhaps part of it will be filed in the United States District Court (under the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals) . . .

Because "I keep on wondering why. I just keep wondering why." Why is this happening? Common law is based on common courtesy. Common courtesy is the preface upon which all civilized men and women base their relationships. Innate in common courtesy is the assumption that the other person is equal to you. Equal in the amount of forgiveness, respect, intelligence, etc. Knowing that at our deepest intention is the protection and preservation of our freedoms, birthright, children and our community, I keep wondering why. To uphold the intention of our founding fathers, as they wrote the Constitution requires the individual to wear the coat of position outlined in our documents leading up to the final and operating version of the Constitution. All laws must be taken in the context of the individual and the way they conduct their own personal matters and affairs. What IS their intent not what you FEAR is their intent or thought. The presumption of innocence is a high charge if this Union is going to be perfected.

If the intention to commit a "crime" does not exist, it must be dismissed.

My question is: "Will someone please show me the Court Rule that says I must have a driver's license or other form of picture I.D. to show the Court I am me?"

I am familiar with the basics of law. I know my way around a law library. I am familiar with the Clark County Law Library. There I inquired where to find the "Court Rules" for the court I visited. I checked all the rules, actually. At least everything I could think of to look-up that may contain a rule such as the one proposed by the Court. I'm a reasonable person of reasonable intelligence and I could not find a single reason why the court personnel had the right to NOT ADMIT me to appear before one of our generous public servants, especially one who is familiar with me, and can vouch for me. We cannot appear before our courts as person to person, since we are equal and we must allow the space for that kind of intimate, one-on-one dialog, face to face. That's what's biblical, that's what's right, that's what's democratic.

Sleepy people

We're so silly

We who think the system works

Bestowing faith in a bunch of jerks
Where do we think our money's going?
We just spend it without even knowing

Why are there starving people on this planet?
Isn't there food? Can't we demand it?

Aren't we empathetic beings
With hearts and minds to help with freeing
The entire human race from pain
So needless, and suffering in vain

Is this really what will be our demise?

Will we let the rich bitch rise
To snatch our freedoms once more
Like they've done so many times before

But this time we're all together

There are more of us to do away with it forever
And create a world of balance again
Where everyone eats and we're all friends

Of friends of friends of friends of friends

Who recognize that in the end
It's our responsibility to reclaim
The truth that we are all the same
So real freedom can be attained
And unnecessary fears can be tamed

We're damned in this hell that we've created
Where we allow ourselves to be dictated
We can be our own police
Our own governmental body of peace

Where issues that matter are solved with resolve

To absolve all these burdens and we can evolve

Collectively reclaiming our birthrights exclaiming
We are human beings and aiming
For the whole of our soul with these goals

To become one in the eyes of our neighbors
And gaining control of our responsibilities
To all living creatures on this planet

No longer taking for granted
That Mother Nature will continue providing

Despite our abuse

Our beliefs keep dividing
When will you see you as me and me as you?
And we as we as one as truth

To create this space as one race

In loving embrace who stroll with grace
Across the face of this blessed place
Ending the game of hide and seek

Guess what? I found you! Now can we speak?

About how to overcome the folly's of history's
Ability to keep our unity and oneness a mystery
Let us awake, us people so sleepy from centuries of creepy
Behavior that only serves to keep us weepy
From all the pain that we've endured
Lifetimes of suffering completely ignored

I believe in you

Can you believe in me?

Can we believe in ourselves in this sea?
Of mass confusion and ignorant bliss

I shudder to think about our Mother Earth
